Karen Rokosh

We would like to recognize Karen Rokosh as an outstanding volunteer. Karen has spent the past seven years working hard on the fundraising efforts for Calgary soccer clubs which now have become a part of NSD Soccer Club. She has spent many countless hours going above and beyond to ensure that the fundraisers are meticulously planned and executed efficiently and effectively so the kids could raise the much needed funds for everything from soccer supplies to jerseys to monies for tournaments.

Not only has Karen spent countless hours to make sure our fundraising efforts were successful, she spend many hours helping in what ever manner needed for her children’s teams to make sure that they had a successful season. Karen is a volunteer that we can admire and applaud for her extremely unselfish giving.

She has always been helpful and cheerful and just goes the extra distance without being asked to ensure all of the fine details are taken care of. Karen exemplifies an outstanding volunteer, and is an absolute pleasure to work with and learn from!
